Rules

  • Check-In Time is 12:00 Hours (Noon) and Check-out time is 08:00 Hours at all the properties.
  • Room allotment will be based on availability at the time of check-in, and preferences for floor or view are not guaranteed.
  • Food menu is subject to availability of vegetables and is based on Buffet or Fixed menus.
  • Child between 5 to 11 years (Without Bed only) will be charged, and for an extra bed, the cost of the extra bed should be considered.
  • Child below 5 years of age will be complimentary.
  • Maximum 6 passengers can be accommodated in one SUV vehicle (Innova or Similar).
  • Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to group members.
  • Protected area permits to citizens of following countries have to be obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs / Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, New Delhi. The District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate will not issue the Protected Area Permit without the prior approval of the above Ministries’.
  • They are requested to obtain the Protected Area Permit / Inner Line permit from the Ministry of Home Affairs/ Ministry of External Affairs Govt. of India, New Delhi. [Bangladesh | Myanmar | Sri Lanka | Pakistan | Republic of China | Taiwan | Afghanistan Or those who Possess Diplomatic Official Passport.

Tour Itinerary

  • Arrive in Leh in the morning and transfer to the hotel.
  • Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 meters).
  • Evening visit to Shanti Stupa or Leh Local Market. Overnight stay in Leh.
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Kali Temple, and Sangam.
  • Optional rafting at Sangam.
  • Return to Leh in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Leh.

 

  • Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft).
  • Short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography.
  • Check-in to the hotel/camp upon arrival.
  • Enjoy a camel safari at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
  • Drive to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Shyok River road.
  • Arrival at Camp, free time at leisure to enjoy the color-changing lake and sunset on the banks of the lake. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.
  • Enjoy the picturesque view of the sunrise on the lake.
  • Breakfast at the camp.
  • Drive back to Leh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace (additional cost).
  • Free time for leisure, evening visit to Leh Market for shopping (own cost). Overnight stay in Leh.

 

  • Early morning transfer to the airport for the flight back home.
  • Tour ends.

  • No refund will be provided for roadblocks at Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and Tsomoriri Lake due to natural calamities.
  • In case of flight cancellation or delay due to bad weather or reasons provided by the airline, the company will not bear any cost for accommodation and transport. The passenger will have to bear these expenses.
  • There will be no refund or compensation for any unused services or transport under any circumstances.
  • Changes in the date of travel once booked are not permitted.
  • Any dispute will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
